-You will need to fill out a form linked on the post within the item's pre-order time frame
-Non-refundable deposit is required
-Process will takes 30-60 days
International Pre-order:

SHIPPING-All shipments will be trackable
-Fulfillment time for ready-stock items will be one to ten days after purchase was made
-Fulfillment time for pre-order items will be carried on one to two weeks after products are done
*this does not include the shipping time
RETURN & REFUND-I do not accept return/refund for any items that are wrongly ordered, destroyed due to shipping, slight color differences, or lost packages due to buyer listing the wrong or incomplete address
-I do, however accept return/refund for incorrect items and damaged items that are not caused by the shipment process
-In order to be eligible for return/refund, unwrapping video is mandatory and items should be sent back in unused statePlease make sure all orders have the correct information and complete shipping address!
MISPLACED & LOST ORDERSUnfortunately I have no control over a package once they have been dropped off at the postal service. I am not responsible for any missing or lost package delivered through third party services, and cannot offer to replace nor refund order in these events.
However, I am happy to try my best to look into the matter and file a claim where applicable!!

ORDERSHow long does it take for pre-order items to be ready for shipment?
Creation process will be completed 30-60 days after pre-order is closed! This is a small independent-run business so please understand that production may take longer.What materials do you use?
Materials varied depending on each products but whenever possible, they will be listed under product description.Can you customize items?
Unfortunately I do not accept customized items at this time since this is still a small business. I might consider providing special pre-orders for smaller/bigger sized items if I receive enough demand though!When will you restock items?
Most items that are sold come in limited quantity so restock is unlikely. But in cases I do, I will announce it in my twitter.Can I cancel my order?
Once payment is made, order cannot be cancelled or changed. Please make sure your orders are correct!Can I arrange an international group order?

SHIPMENTWhen will my order arrive?
It depends on where you are, but generally shipping takes 1-5 days for local orders and 1-3 weeks for international orders.Do you ship internationally?
I do, although I don't currently ship to EU due to VAT regulations. :(How about customs for international orders?
All custom fees are to be paid by customers.Can I ask you to hold on bought items so it's possible for me to get multiple items shipped together?
Unfortunately I cannot hold items for local orders due to limited stock-space; but I will allow holding items for international order for a maximum of one month.
